FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Regrettably, once orders have been paid for, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or edits. Our warehouse operates with automated systems to ensure swift and accurate shipping processes.
The following products will be shipped within 48 hours after you placed the order: Tee’s, boardshorts, hats, shoes, carpets and canvas. And then we have print on demand products such as backpacks, travel bags, baseball jersey’s and swimwear. For those products there’s a production time of about 5-7 days and shipping time of 2-3 weeks depending on where you live.
You can order with us risk-free and we grant a 20-days timeframe for returns. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. You can return the item to: Barmetal Clothing, Bürgerheimstrasse 11, 6374 Buochs, Switzerland
Returned items must be in sanitary condition; otherwise, the claim for return is invalidated.
Swimwear must have the foil sticker on it. For returns, buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by Barmetal Clothing or deducted from the refund amount. Return costs are to be covered by the buyer. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you implicitly acknowledge and accept our return
policy.
Kindly be aware that purchasing from outside Switzerland may incur import taxes and customs fees. To prevent unforeseen expenses, we recommend reviewing your country's import regulations beforehand.
